Early on a chilly mid-November day, a Village of Ada crew welcomed Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce volunteers for a morning of happy work, decorating Depot Park for the holidays.

Numerous red tubs were pulled from the Depot, filled with garlands, strings of lights, spotlights and red ribbons. Foreman Joe Hefner encouraged "Santa's elves" to go for it, but also provided guidance on what goes where. Village employees are also decorating Main St. light poles.

Understanding the difference between acute and chronic pain can help you recognize what your body is experiencing and when it is important to consult a healthcare provider. While pain is never pleasant, it is an important signal from your body, and learning to interpret it correctly is key to protecting your health.
