The Rolling Stones released Jigsaw Puzzle on December 6, 1968, on their Beggars Banquet album. The song was the longest one on the album with a playing time of 6 minutes and 7 seconds. The song was written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and was considered to be blues-rock. The critics had very mixed views, and it never really achieved many accolades compared to Satisfaction and Paint It, Black, which had the highest commercial success.

ADA__Ada High School hosted the Div. V Northwest District track and field meet on Thursday and Saturday, May 21 and 23 at War Memorial Stadium.

KAYLEB HICKMAN
Ada senior Kayleb Hickman finished third in a pair of races to advance to the regional meet in both events this Thursday, May 28.

Hickman was second in the 200-meter dash preliminary heats, and then took third in the 200 finals Saturday with a time of 22.96.

MEDIA RELEASE__The following high school students from Ada have been recognized by the Apollo Career Center for academic excellence during the final quarter of the 2025-2026 school year.

A beautiful day in Ada’s Woodlawn Cemetery provided blue skies and waving flags during the annual Memorial Day services co-hosted by the Ream McElroy Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9381 and Foss-Agin-Meyer American Legion Post 185.

The event featured the VFW Color Guard and Ada High School Band directed by Mr. Benjamin Hemming. The program was emceed by Matt Crawford, American Legion Commander.
