Anything on wheels? Yes, Saturday for a good cause
Anything with Wheels!
That's right, Saturday, July 12, is the third annual "Anything with Wheels" Country Church Run with proceeds going to ReStore Community Center Beacon Fund. The fund provides emergency funds for rent, prescriptions and emergency medical needs.
Here's how it works:
The start and finish is at ReStore, 210 N. Main St., Ada. Registration is from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Participants should return by 4:30 p.m.
The event includes door prizes, a 50/50 drawing, prizes for the first three highest scores and lowest scores, plus bug targets.
A $15 donation allows one person to participate; for a team of two it's $20. And, for each additional poker hand, it's $5.
And remember, anything with two, three or four wheels are welcome to participate. A meal is provided by ReStore at the end of the run with music provided by Wicked Mourning, a group from North Baltimore.
