County's five-year strategic plan explained in Ada Wednesday
Vision: Unite our community heritage with new growth, expansion, innovation and talent for Hardin County to become a model community in northwest Ohio.
Ada CIC members will hear first-hand about that vision, which is part of the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance five-year strategic plan.
The session is part of CIC’s monthly meeting, open to the public is at noon in the Dean’s Heritage Room (Conference Room 7) in McIntosh Center at Ohio Northern University.
Representatives of the county chamber and business alliance will make the presentation in Ada.
A nine-page working draft of the plan is an attachment at the bottom of this story.
The plan identifies six goals:
1 – Foster economic vitality
2 – Revitalize communities
3 – Invest in people
4 – Promote agricultural connectivity
5 – Build community collaboration
6 – Strengthen the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance.
