Here's some artistic rural Ada winter scenes - from Cedar Grove
The winter snow and shadows create an artistic image on an Irish fence made of split rail at Cedar Grove located on five acres of land three miles north of Ada.
Below: A carved stone greets visitors to Cedar Cove. The sign is made of Brown County stone quarried near Nashville, Ind.
Also below: Caesar loves the snow, and big drifts too, as all golden retrievers do. But recent five below temps are a little chilly on the paws. Here, Caesar plays at Cedar Cove. He greets many swimmers and fisherpeople at the land during warm weather. Cedar Cove has been open to the public for free swimming and other enjoyment for 14 years. A few hardy souls try to be the first to swim, usually by mid-March, but that is unlikely this year due to thick ice.
