His first visit is tonight at Restore, then on Saturday at The Inn at ONU, then on Monday at Merry on Main, and again on Thursday, at Ada Public Library.
Here's what you need to know about these visits:
• ReStore from 5 to 8 pm on Friday, Dec. 4. Children are invited to "shop" for family members, but in this case the "shopping" is free. A child may select a free gift for each person in his/her family. And, the packages will be wrapped at no charge.
Nick Reza, a senior manufacturing technology major from Ada, Ohio, was awarded a Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) Merit Award for the 2015-16 academic year.
Reza, who will receive $750, was selected by faculty members of the ONU Department of Technological Studies based on his participation in the ONU SME Chapter S186, scholastic accomplishments, financial need and application responses. Funds for the awards come from fundraising activities by the ONU SME chapter and the Lima chapter of SME.
The Ada Exempted Village Schools Board of Education Policy Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, Dec. 10, at 8;30 a.m. in the Board of Education office, 725 W. North Ave., Ada.

It was not just any Tuesday evening chamber ensemble concert in Presser Hall on the ONU campus. It featured international beats and movements performed by local musicans and dancers.
Adam Grim and Dr. Sarah Waters directed the performance.

The group performed a Ghanian ritual dance of harvest arranged by Benjamin Obodo Ayettey who also directed the dance and drum ensemble.

Jo Nell Hanratty readies her house for the Candy Cane Tour from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Her house at 525 W. Lima Ave. Is one of several homes, businesses and a church on the tour.
Jo Nell is retired from working at local banks for the past 32 years. One of her decorations is an old toy bank.
A holiday story she shares is about her writing to Santa when she was a child in Cleveland. The letter, addressed to the North Pole, was returned with the notation "no such address," she was heartbroken. The Cleveland Plain Dealer found out about the crass notation and wrote a page one story about it.
