By Monty Siekerman
Two things you cannot escape: death and taxes.
These and other topics will be discussed at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct 19, at ReStore. The program is free and open to the public.
Guest speakers for the program, which is titled Funeral Planning, are three noted local experts.
The are:
• Mike Hood, attorney, discussing options you have (will or trust), what legal papers you need to have (power of attorney, do not resuscitate, executor of estate);
• Bruce Neely, funeral director, your options for funeral or cremation, preplanning;
• Claudia Crawford, from hospice, what hospice does and how they help families through the final time in patient care.
Preregistration is required. Call ReStore at 419-558-1015 or stop in.
