MEDIA RELEASE__The Ada Academic Boosters and Ada Music Boosters purse raffle will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 15 in the McIntosh Center on the campus of Ohio Northern University.

All table/seat reservations are available for purchase online now at https://adamusicboosters25-26.square.site/. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Full tables of 8 seats are available for $300 and individual seats are $40 for participating in an in-person raffle of 15 purses, each valued at over $300.

ADA__Ohio Northern senior Selby Wilt (Findlay) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week for the week of Jan. 26-Feb. 1.

This marks his fourth career OAC Swimmer of the Week accolade and second this season.

The recognition comes after winning four events in a 186-108 victory over Mount Union on Saturday afternoon.

Individually, Wilt won the 50-yard free in :21:43 and the 100 free in :47.31. He was also on ONU's winning 200 medley and 400 free relay teams, winning in 1:34.87 and 3:11.70, respectively.

MEDIA RELEASE__Citizens National Bank (CNB) is pleased to announce the promotion of Traci Heinze to Vice President, Project Manager at its Operations Center. In this position, she leads the Project Management team in project research, scheduling, planning, training, and execution for various technology solutions and use case initiatives across the bank.

Traci has been with CNB for over 16 years, and in Project Management for 11 years, now leading that team. She is a graduate of Bluffton University, holding an MBA as well as a BA in Organizational Management. She is currently attending the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Although not a top 10 bestseller, his song has been featured in television commercials such as De Beers diamonds and AT&T telephones. The song made it to number 13 on the Adult Contemporary chart in the United States. 

Perfect timing to talk about coffee shops and your heart close to Valentine’s Day.

We often advise individuals with heart conditions like atrial fibrillation to stay away from coffee and caffeine. As science continues to evolve, new research may prove this wrong. 

Two Ada Elementary School friends are now business partners at Truly Rooted, 220 N Main St. Dawn Waugh and Lee Ann Jordan have created a cosy, cottage-core retail space with vendors providing clothing, spirit wear, hats, florals and food. February 3 was the shop's soft open. Stay tuned for news on their grand opening.
