Ada Public Library summer reading program is off and running
Story and photos by Monty Siekerman
Horsie meet horsie...at the Ada Public Library summer reading program kickoff at the library on Saturday.
A good crowd was on hand to sign up for the program to read about horses, stuffed and otherwise.
For more photos of the event scroll to the bottom.
There were rabbits, chickens, K9 dogs, face painting and more at the library. And, inside there are plenty of books about animals, how to do face painting...just about any subject you can dream about.
Pictured is Jillian Dotson showing her stuffed friend to a real pony, which was one of several kinds of animals brought to the library by the Chad Hazelton family.
