Hardin County Citizens Sheriff’s Academy
This year's Hardin County Citizens Sheriff’s Academy is scheduled for Tuesdays
April 4 - May 16, from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Sheriff's Office, 1025 S. Main St.,
Kenton.
Applications are available at the Sheriff's Office and need to be returned with a
$30 non refundable fee by March 26. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Hardin County.
Academy participants will learn about the Sheriff's Office, its various divisions and operations Classroom sessions will include discussion, demonstration, and hands-on participation. There will also be a tour of the Multi County Correctional Facility in Marion.
Past participants have commented that the Academy is a "don't miss" opportunity and "exceeded expectations."
