Community Improvement Corp invites community membership
Ada's Community Improvement Corp. (CIC) invites membership from the Ada community in 2018.
Membership in the CIC is open to all interested residents. An annual membership is $25.
Community improvement corporations are economic development arms for the governmental body they serve. In that way, a CIC advances, encourages and promotes industrial, economic, commercial and civic development in a community.
CIC meetings are open to the public and take place at noon on a quarterly basis in McIntosh Center on the ONU campus. The next meeting is April 18.
Ada's CIC has four committees:
• Industrial - Jim Meyer, chair
• Water resource plan - David Retterer, chair
• Community - Angela Polachek, chair
• Commercial - Deb Curlis, chair
A membership application form is attached. Forms may be dropped off at the municipal building.
