Two Ohio Northern University students in the West Central Ohio Medical Laboratory Science (WCOMLS) program have received the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) National Student Honor Award.

Emily Fanello, a senior medical laboratory science major from Medina, Ohio, and Molly Wukusick, a senior medical laboratory major from Waynesfield, Ohio, will be presented with a certificate from the ASCP at a WCOMLS graduation ceremony on May 8.
Alex James and Blake Willeke, Ada High School Future Farmers of America (FFA) members, received State Degrees at the Ohio FFA convention May 1 in Columbus.
Willeke and James, juniors, are involved in crop production as well as animal science projects. The degree also requires hours of community service, leadership activities and other school activities.
