January 1911- City mail delivery was announced by the post office to begin January 1.

January 1918- Cpl. Leo Hawk, first Ada serviceman to die during WWI, was buried here with military honors.

It's now Tavern 101

Bill and Beth Ann Bass have purchased Little Mexico from Cheryl Dye, who has owned the restaurant for 11 years. The business will be named Tavern 101 with much the same menu as preciously. Mexican and American food will continue to be offered.

Located at  101 S. Main, the business will continue its regular hours: Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. until 1 a.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. until 1 a.m. The phone number is 419-634-6898.

Karaoke will be held Wednesdays and Fridays beginning at 9 p.m.
