Larry J. Marsh, age 69, of Kenton, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Vancrest of Ada, surrounded by his family. 

He was born on April 3, 1956 in Kenton, Ohio to Harold Junior and Virginia Lue (Castle) Marsh.  Larry was preceded in death by his father Harold, mother, Virginia and stepfather, Glenn Sprang and two sisters: Wilma Mullins and Charlene Penix.

Single ticket sales begin August 25

FROM FREED CENTER EBLAST__ The 2025-26 Season Brochures should arrive by August 1 to help season ticket holders make ticket selections beginning Monday, August 4. 

Flexible subscriptions will be available for purchase through the Pick 2, 4, or 6 event packages, which allow patrons to select the events they want to see and save up to 20% off single ticket prices. In addition, subscribers receive: priority seat selection at the best prices before the general public, ticket insurance to replace lost or misplaced tickets at no charge, privilege to exchange tickets for another performance event (subject to availability).

Calling all Ada Public Library Summer Reading Program prize winners. Please come to the library to pick up your prizes! The meeting room needs to go back to its usual purpose. Library director Rhett Grant told Ada Area Chamber of Commerce members that this was the biggest Summer Reading program in the library's history with over 500 readers participating.
