Re: Ada Schools Renewal Levy

I am writing in regards to the upcoming Renewal Levy for Ada Schools. It is a renewal, not a new tax and it only pertains to your income, not your property tax. It also is not based on your place of employment. This levy provides for day-to-day function of the school and is very much needed.

Here's the the Ada High School Future Homemakers of America (FHA)  in a  previous Ada school yearbook. Sorry, last names only listed under the photo. We welcome viewers to add first names.

And, can anyone give us the correct school year of this photo?

FINDLAY - Ada senior forward Logan Williams and junior midfielder Chris Reyes were each named first team All-North Central Ohio Soccer Association in boys soccer recently by a vote of the league coaches.

Williams led the Bulldogs (12-6) in goals while Reyes was second. Williams authored a six-goal game against Tiffin Columbian. He and Reyes each tallied a hat trick vs. Spencerville.

Bulldog senior midfielder Noah Pinkney and senior defender Noah Garmon both were voted second team all-league.

Ada senior defender Johnathon Rettig was voted honorable mention all-conference.

Meet Crater. Crater is a 1 year old neutered male dachsund mix. He weighs 18 pounds. Can you give Crater his forever home?

To give a dog a forever home, contact the Hardin County dog shelter. It is located at 49 Jones Road on the west side of Kenton.

Hours: 9 am to 4 pm on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Phone: 419-674-2209.

Generally, about 20 to 25 dogs are available for viewing.

The shelter is also the place to contact for giving up a dog, if you find a lost or stray dog, or if you come in contact with a vicious dog. It costs $20 to surrender a dog, which pays for deworming and immunizations for when it is rescued.
