Bluffton Family Recreation offers adult swim classes at Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio Maple Crest pool on Augsburger Road, according to Daniel Tinch, BFR executive director.
Here's the class schedule: • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
9:30-10:15 a.m. - Strength, range of motion and cardio
• Tuesdays and Thursdays
8:30-9:15 a.m. - Higher level cardio
Swim classes are free to SilverSneaker members. For others interested in classes call BFR, 215 Snider Road, Bluffton, 419-358-4150.
The Icon’s Final Four Contest went into double-overtime to pick its winners. The contest asked viewers to pick the winner of the final four teams in the Division I men’s NCAA basketball championship.
Villanova defeated Michigan 79 to 62 in the title game. The Icon contest had 102 entries.

The Ohio Northern University Gospel Ensemble will present its annual spring concert at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, in the McIntosh Center ballroom. The event is free and open to the public.
Guest conductors for this year’s concert includes former Gospel Ensemble members who have shared their talents in various music ministries. Guest musicians include Christopher Jordan, Casanova Green and David Williams, the son of a founding member of the ensemble.

Ada Schools are marking National Autism Month with several programs that teach students to show respect and honor those who have autism.
“We aim to celebrate the uniqueness in all of us and honor diversity and differences,” said Mrs. Meghan Kosier, kindergarten teacher, and Sherry Miller, speech language pathologist. They are the local Autism Week coordinators.

“Let’s Light It Up Blue” is the theme of the week. Blue is the identifying color for autism.
