What is a “Spirit” bear? A “Spirit” bear is a rare black bear with creamy fur. It is not a polar bear or an albino bear. While the majority live in coastal British Columbia in the Great Bear Rainforest it is believed only around 100 remain in existence.

Ada head football coach Bob Olwin told the Icon on Monday night that he will be retiring from coaching, following an illustrious 39-year career that ended with five years in Ada. He will be retiring from teaching physical education at the end of the school year as well.
Ada High School posted a job opening for the head varsity football coaching position on the OHSAA’s website on Monday.

Lu Lu's offers a kind of modern diner atmosphere, with stools at the counter and menu classics such as burger and fries and bottomless coffee mugs. Lu Lu's is clean and casual, with a kind of community feel. (You are likely to see familiar faces amongst fellow diners.)
Following that announcement, the school issued the following statement:
This morning a note was found on campus that was brought to the attention of administration.
Police, who were already on grounds, and administration investigated the message and found no concern related to safety of staff, students or visitors. The school day proceeded as usual.
