Panelists and audience members brought up other illicit drugs and alcohol, as well. Sheriff Keith Everhart said that he has seen more meth and crack in the county in the last six months than he’s seen in the last six or seven years.

The Ada High School Student Council President has racked up a lot of honors in tennis and swimming (he’s 6-0 this season in tennis, as is the team). He has been a state qualifier in tennis the past two years. He’s four times district qualifier in swimming.

DEFIANCE — Senior Zach Goodchild (Pickerington/North) fired a second round 74 to win Medalist honors by one stroke and lead the Ohio Northern men's golf team at the Defiance Spring Invitational Saturday-Sunday at Eagle Rock Golf Course.
The Polar Bears (20-47-1 overall) finished tied for eighth out of 12 varsity teams at the 36-hole tournament with a 305-315—615.
Mount Saint Joseph won the team title with a 286-298—584, Transylvania (Ky.) was second with a 295-302—597 and Hanover (Ind.) was third with a 297-308—605.
