The Hardin County Pork Producers will hold their annual Pork Banquet on Saturday, March 14, at St. John’s United Church of Christ, starting at 6:30 p.m. The fun-filled evening will include selection of the Queen and Scholarship Recipients as well as amazing food and door prizes.
Ticket prices are $6, and half price for 2014 Hardin County Junior Fair Swine Exhibitors, as well as Fair Workers from the Food Pavilion, and children under the age of 12.
The Ohio Northern University Freed Center for the Performing Arts presents “Mutts Gone Nutts” on Saturday, March 14 at 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The evening performance is sold out, however, tickets still remain for the matinee showing at 4 p.m.

You'll discover that Ollie is named after Oliver Queen, from the DC Comic: Green Arrow. According to Amanda Bennett of the library, "We were sad to see Holden go (the previous fish in the library), but he was adamant about going to Alaska to see the Iditarod Race in March."
