Marian W. Johansen was a nurse
Marian W. Johansen, age 82, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at 11:38 p.m. at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born on January 25, 1940, in Titusville, Pennsylvania to the late Kenneth Orlo and Edith (Schneider) Willia.m.s, Sr. On August 25, 1962, Marian married Bruce E. Johansen and he survives in Harrod.
Marian is also survived by her three sons: David Johansen of Yellow Springs, Mark (Coleen) Johansen of Chillicothe, and Luke (Ashley) Johansen of Ada; nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren; and a brother, Kenneth (Nancy) Williams, Jr. of St. Clairsville.
Marian worked as a nurse at Ohio Northern University Health Center, Ada, Ada Schools and Findlay High School. She also taught at Rhodes State College and the Medical College of Ohio.
It was Marian’s wish to be cremated. There will be no services per her request.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
