Dr.Ignacio Sarmina, M.D., will join Dr. Craig Nicholson at Mercy Health–St. Rita’s Urology at 770 West High St., Suite 350 Lima.

Dr. Sarmina received his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of Ohio in Toledo. He completed his urology residency, surgery residency and research fellow at the University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland.

He is accepting new patients and one can make an appointment at 419-228-8950.

Free programs offered by Parnership for Violence Free Families at public library

Note: The Partnership for Violence Free Families recently celebrated 15 years serving Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin counties. As PVFF services have evolved and grown. The company name will be changed to reflect that. The new name is Prevention Awareness Support Services and be known as PASS.

The Mental Health Recovery Services Board of Allen, Auglaize and Hardin Counties will hold a series of free programs focusing on the struggle to overcome grief.

The programs take place in the Ada Public Library from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesdays, March 6, through May 8, according to Chris Estes, Prevention Marketing Specialist, LOSS Team Coordinator.
