Bulldog volleyball sweeps T-Birds

The visiting Ada High School varsity volleyball team defeated non-league foe Lima Central Catholic in straight sets Thursday evening, September 7.
The Bulldog record improved to 6-3 after the lopsided 25-12, 25-20, 25-17 victory.
Senior hitter Daicy Robinson knocked down a season-high 11 kills and made a pair of blocks. Hustling junior Tessa Griffith hammered 13 kills and came up with 13 digs.
Ada senior setter Autumn Andreasen passed out a season-best 35 assists. She also hustled up 17 digs and served two aces.
Senior southpaw hitter Mariah King drilled six kills.
Junior libero Jenna Bassitt mustered 27 digs. Sophomore middle Anna Conley contributed six kills.
The Ada reserves also won 2-1 to improve to 9-0 this season.
The Bulldog girls host Spencerville (3-3) in the Northwest Conference opener Sept. 12.
Ada is 3-2 at home and 3-1 on the road this season.
