What is healing? An interfaith discussion at ONU
The ONU Religion Program of the School for the Humanities and Global Cultures and the Office of Religious Life are co-hosting an interfaith dialogue titled "Healing: Perspectives from the Global Religions" on Thursday, November 9, from 4:30-6:00 p.m. in the English Chapel.
The conversation between Buddhist, Christian, Jewish, and Muslim Leaders
will feature Ven. Bhante Pemaratana, Rev. Elizabeth Kelly, Mr. Joel Oster, and Mr. Akeem Adeniyi.
Questions to be explored: What is healing? What do different religious traditions think about healing? What (or who) is the source of healing?
