FINDLAY __The visiting Ada High School boys basketball team suffered through a cold night offensively as they lost 52-21 to perennial Blanchard Valley Conference power Liberty-Benton on Friday, January 9.
Ada trailed 14-9 after a low-scoring first half. L-B then broke away to outscore the Bulldogs 38-12 in the second half and win by 31.
Ada hung within striking distance after a 14-7 third quarter, down 28-16 heading into the fourth stanza.

ADA__The Ada High School girls basketball team lost 56-16 to visiting league-leader Liberty-Benton in a Blanchard Valley Conference contest on Thursday, January 8.
The Bulldog girls trailed 15-4 after the first period, and fell behind 21-7 at intermission.
A 20-6 Eagle third period gave the visitors a commanding 41-13 cushion heading to the final period. L-B won the fourth quarter 15-3, and dominated the second half by a 35-9 count.
The Bulldogs dropped to 8-7 overall and 2-4 in the BVC after the home defeat.
L-B improved to 10-3 overall and stayed first at 6-0 in the BVC with the convincing road win.
