Randy Edward Jones was a cable contractor
Randy Edward Jones, age 68, of Elida, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.
He was born on March 19, 1956 in Kentucky to the late Roger and Betty (Talley) Jones. On May 1, 1986, Randy married Karen Scott and she survives in Elida.
Also surviving are his three daughters: Tabatha (Shawn Gray) Carpenter of Elida, Savannah (Steve Combs) Jones of Lima and Latasha (Michael Bess) Jones of Lima; six grandchildren: Ethan (Anna) Gray, Ashlyn (Joel) Purugganan, Tarin (Ryan Moore) Gray, Justice (Camden Hoskins) Bess, Anthony Bess and Abel Combs; two great grandchildren: Dravyn and Kinsleigh; two brothers: Ronnie Jones and Dale Jones; and two sisters: Kathy Jones and Cindy Jones.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Jones.
Randy worked as a cable contractor. Randy loved playing drums, he was an avid fisherman, bowler and golfer.
Funeral Services will begin at 12:00 PM on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger with Pastor Don Clinger officiating.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, April 26th at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger.
