Carol May worked for Kroger
Carol Jean (Parker) May, age 82, of Lakeview, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.
She was born on December 25, 1941 in Lima, Ohio to Lowell and Grace (Patton) Orders and they preceded her in death.
Carol is survived by her son, Leonard (Sandy) Minix of Lima; two daughters: Tina Allemang of Ft. Wayne, IN and Teresa (Brett) Sayre of Oregon; a daughter-in-law, Cindy Minix of Mechanicsburg; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Terry Minix; and a sister, Phyllis Coburn.
Carol retired from Kroger.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, P.O. Box 41, Alger, Ohio 45812 for the benevolence of the family.
