Kathelyn Guagenti, 2013 Ada Harvest and Herb Festival queen, relinquished her crown on Saturday. The 2014 queen is Alexis Amburgey.

Deb Curlis doesn’t hesitate when someone asks her where to shop.  “Buy local,” Curlis responds.  “You can find just about anything you need or want right here in Ada.”

Curlis is president of the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce and the “Buy Local” Committee. 

Viva Maria, Pizza and Pasta, 124 E. Buckeye St., Ada, now has its complete menu posted on the Ada Icon.

Last weekend it was Ada's festival day.

This Saturday, Sept. 27, it's Bluffton's turn.

The Bluffton community’s 11th annual Fall Festival, with many family-oriented activities, takes place throughout the community on Saturday, Sept. 27, according to Daren Lee of Mennonite Home Communities of Ohio, who coordinates the festival.

Twenty-one school musical ago "Guys and Dolls," was performed on the Ada High School stage. It was the 1992-93 school year. 

And, the main male leads are featured in this photo from the Ada HS yearbook.
