According to the results of a new Baldwin Wallace University Great Lakes Poll – in partnership with Ohio Northern University and Oakland University – Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden holds a commanding lead in Michigan and Wisconsin, and is running neck and neck with incumbent Republican President Donald Trump in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
The poll questioned self-identified registered, likely voters in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on a variety of topics that may factor into the November election, including how voters plan to cast ballots, attitudes about Black Lives Matter and the handling of the coronavirus pandemic at the state and national level.

The Ohio Northern University School of Visual and Performing Arts will present the 1935 Clifford Odets taxi strike drama “Waiting for Lefty” from Oct. 1-3 via livestream on freedcenter.com. All performances will be held at 7:30 p.m.
“Waiting for Lefty” is set in New York City, where the cab drivers union is on the verge of a strike, and corrupt union boss Harry Fatt is doing everything he can to discourage the men from taking their cause to the streets.
As they reflect on the circumstances that are driving them to the brink of a strike, the mysterious absence of their elected chairman, Lefty Costello, leaves the workers feeling uneasy.
Beatitudes, 210 N. Main St., Ada, is the new pick up point for dry cleaning services in Ada, according to Deb Curlis.
This service began this month at Beatitudes as a result of the closing of Reichert’s, who previously offer it.
Curlis said that items to be dry cleaned may be dropped off at the store until 4 p.m. each Tuesday. Items will return to Ada and will be available for a 10 a.m. Wednesday pick up by customers.
Gladine Cleaners of Findlay, in operation since 1940, provides the service and the company is the same firm that worked with Reichert’s.
