Gospel Sing at the Park on June 28

The third annual Ada Park Gospel Sing is from noon to 5 p.m., Saturday, June 28.

Scheduled to appear include:

Liberty Baptist VBS July 14-18

Liberty Baptist Church will be hosting Vacation Bible School for ages 4-12 years, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., July 14-18.  This year’s theme is “The Little Camp in the Big Woods,” which will be presented by Jim Walker Family Ministries.

Friday evening includes a drawing for a Kindle Fire HD, and the entire family is invited to participate in the activities and refreshments.

County Line Church of the Brethren VBS July 20-24

County Line Church of the Brethren is hosting "SonWest Roundup" Vacation Bible School from 6-8 p.m from July 20-24. Ages 3 years old through 5th grade are welcome.

Ada Church of Christ VBS June 23-25

Children are invited to join the Vacation Bible School stampede at the Sonwest Roundup: A Rip-Roaring Good Time with Jesus, which will be held from 6-8 p.m., June 23-26 at the Ada Church of Christ, 316 S. Main St., Ada.

Another Ada VBS

Children 4-12 years old are invited to free summer fun at a vacation bible school with the theme “The International Spy Academy: Agents for the One True God.”

St. Mark's Lutheran VBS - an adventure in amazing grace

Pre-school through grade 6 students attending St. Mark Lutheran’s Vacation Bible School  took a trip to Galilee this week. The VBS concludes on June 6.

The title of the VBS is “Gangway to Galilee: Amazing Grace Adventures." During the week students took part in arts and crafts, storytelling, recreation, music and had some great snacks.

Student projects included a canned goods collection for the Ada Food Pantry and loose change collection to benefit the ELCA Disaster Relief Fund.
