It’s been a long day. You are more than ready to go to bed……and it’s only 3:00 pm!
You actually promise yourself that tonight will be different. You are going to get to bed early and get some sleep! Soooo, you get home from work and start tackling that ‘to-do’ list with a vengeance.
Make dinner, run kids to/from practice, throw in a load of laundry, help your kids with homework, fold some laundry, do the dishes, exercise (hint, hint…even if it’s just a little;), shower and put the kids to bed.
The Kenton Hardin Health Department has been approved by the Ohio EPA for Water Pollution Control Loan Fund, WPCLF, funds totaling $100,000 for 2018. This money can be used for failing existing sewage treatment systems or sanitary sewer tap-ins for those families or individuals who meet 100, 200 or 300% poverty guidelines. Bridge Bereavement Services will offer a workshop for understanding grief on Friday, March 9, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Birchaven Village in the Wenner Room, 15100 Birchaven Lane, Findlay. The event is for individuals 18 years of age and older who would like to learn more about the grief process.
This workshop will help participants identify essential physical, emotional, cognitive, social and spiritual actions that will aid in healing.
