Duo Montagnard, consisting of Joseph Murphy on saxophone and Matthew Slotkin on guitar, will present a concert featuring original repertoire for those two instruments at 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, in Presser Hall at Ohio Northern University. The performance is free and open to the public.
The duo formed in 2002 and has performed more than 300 concerts in all 50 states and 20 countries.

Women
BOSTON, Mass. — Junior All-American Maggie Krause (Chagrin Falls/Kenston) earned All-America honors for the second time in her career, finishing seventh in the pole vault, to lead Ohio Northern on Friday evening at the 2019 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Reggie Lewis Center.
Senior Avery Ewing (Kokomo, Ind./Eastern) finished fifth in her heat and 12th overall in the 800-meter dash in 2:16.96, while junior Allison Stevens (Naperville, Ill./Central) was 12th in the pole vault by clearing 3.70 meters.
