Hear strange sounds, see shadows, do objects move, are orbs flying about in your home, cellar, barn, or business?

Harold St. John and Becky McClendathen of the Toledo Ghost Hunters Society spoke to about 15 people at the Ada Public Library on Saturday afternoon. Most people in attendance believed in ghosts and the paranormal, according to a raise of hands.

On the afternoon of Friday, February 23, our precious Samuel (Sam / Sammy) went to sleep in Jesus, waiting His soon return.  He was a victim of an accidental drowning. We are very thankful for God allowing us to have these wonderful Thirteen years with Samuel in our Family. He has taught us very much about Autism. He will be missed.

ONU sophomores  Betsy Naugle (Moon Township, Pa./Moon Area) and Rachel Shipman(Noblesville, Ind.) led the Ohio Northern women's lacrosse team to its second consecutive victory and a home-opening 15-8 victory over Trine (Ind.) on Saturday afternoon at Dial-Roberson Stadium.

Northern was led in the contest by Shipman as she recorded four goals, while Naugle posted three scores.

Fifteen different players scored goals to lead the Ohio Northern men's lacrosse team in a 19-3 non-conference victory over Washington & Jefferson (Pa.) on Saturday afternoon at Dial-Roberson Stadium.

The Polar Bears wrapped up their season-opening three-game home stand with a perfect 3-0 record, outscoring their opponents 54-14, while the Presidents fall to 0-3.

CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. — Senior Gavin Nelson (Oregon/Clay) and sophomore Nate Barcaskey (Moon Township, Pa./Moon Area) posted top three finishes in their respective weight classes to lead the Ohio Northern wrestling team on the final day of the NCAA Division III Central Regional Championships on Saturday at Knowling Fieldhouse, hosted by Wabash (Ind.)

Top-seeded Barcaskey finished runner-up at Heavyweight with a 3-1 record and sixth-seeded Nelson won his third place match at 165 and finished with a 4-1 record.

The Ohio Northern women's basketball team fell to No. 2-seeded Marietta 85-68 on Saturday afternoon in the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament Championship game at the ONU Sports Center.

The Polar Bears will await the NCAA III Selection Show on Monday, Feb. 26 at 2:30 p.m. to see if they earn an at large bid to the 2018 NCAA Div. III Women's Basketball Tournament.

The Polar Bears fall to 23-5 overall, while the Pioneers move to 24-4 and earn the OAC's automatic bid to the 2018 NCAA Div. III Women's Basketball tournament with the victory.
