Kenton Hardin Health Department is reporting its 18th confirmed COVID-19 case, as of April 20.
The news annoucement states: "We continue to get test results back as testing begins to become more available.
"We also report our 2 recovered cases at this time. We continue to monitor and follow these cases as well as those that have been in close contact. Our goal is always to help prevent the spread of the virus in our community.
"We see another large increase in numbers as tests continue to come back from the testing done within those congregate settings.
The Liberty Township Trustees will not have their regular meeting on Monday, April 20, due to Covid-19, according to Patty Griffin, township fiscal officer.

An announcement from the department follows: "We are continuing to monitor and update the community as we have information. We continue to state that following the stay at home order as much as possible will help protect you from the spread of the virus."
