Q: Where else can you build your house and eat it too?
A: Ada Public Library.
And, you have two opportunities for this edible event. The Ada library holds its annual gingerbread house construction activities later this week.
• The first is from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12.
• The second is from 3 to 5 p.m., Friday, Dec. 13.
Although there are no building permit requirements, you must sign up. All the supplies are provided. Call the library at 419-634-5246 to sign up and for additional details.
Where in Ada might you find a golden toy soldier nutcracker? You'll find this with several additional traditional holiday display pieces in the lobby of The Inn at ONU. There are four addition views in the photos series.
