Mustard Seed is offering the following set five course menu from 5 p.m.-10 p.m.

• 1st: Smoked Trout on Potato Pancake with Horseradish Cream and Fresh Dill
• 2nd: Black Eye Pea Soup or Luxembourg Salad
• 3rd: Champagne Risotto with Caviar
• 4th: Choice of the Following Entree:
• Standing Short Rib Roast with Herb Crust and Parsnip Pear Puree
   * Pomegranate Glazed Duck Breast over Prosciutto Spinach
   * Saute with Roasted Ginger and Leeks
  * Scallops with Pan Fried Sugar Snap Peas and Grapefruit on Cauliflower Mascarpone, with Pancetta, and Mango Vinaigrette  
• 5th: White Chocolate Mousse with Frangelico or Raspberry Orange Crepes with Chantilly and Caramel
