Helen Dilts owned Helen's Fabrics
Helen R. Dilts, 87, died on Friday, Nov. 18, 2016 at 2:43 p.m. at Vancrest of Ada.
She was born on March 18, 1929, in Leipsic, Ohio to Samuel and Ella (Taylor) McDougle who preceded her in death. On June 22, 1947, Helen married Frank E. Dilts and he died on Oct. 24, 2013.
Helen was a member of the Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God of Alger. She ran Helen's Fabrics out of her home.
Surviving are three sons: Michael (Norma) Dilts, Fredrick Dilts and Tom (Shauna) Dilts all of Dola; two brothers: Charles McDougle of Florida and Harold McDougle of Ottawa; one sister: Florence Selhorst of Findlay; four grandchildren: Steffanie Humphries, Maranda Dilts, Tom Dilts, Jr. and Andrew Dilts; seven great grandchildren: Annabelle, Alexandra and Emily Humphries, Paige Seitz, Issac Oreglia and Benjamin and Robert Dilts
She was preceded in death by a son, Frank Dilts, Jr., and eight brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 25, at Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, Alger with Pastor Bob Dye officiating. Burial will be in Hasson Cemetery, Jenera.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday, November 25, 2016 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God, Alger.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Quickstep Pentecostal Church of God 2040 Township Road 120, Alger, Ohio 45812.
