The Ada High School Varsity Singers lead by Vocal Music Director, Abigail Glenn and Jonathan Lischak, Director of Instrumental and co-director of the Varsity Singers will welcome 16 high school show choirs to Ada for the 35th annual Music Feast.

Master of Ceremony John Shuffle will welcome over 800 singer/dancers, instrumentalists and stage crew members to the contest. Each show choir performs a set of songs between 15 and 20 minutes in length and will traditionally have a minimum of 2 to 3 costume changes. 

Within a song choice, vocal lines typically alternate between unison and octave singing, and two-or-more part polyphonic (harmony) singing.  

The schools scheduled to perform on Saturday, Nov. 10 are: 
• Kenton (8:00 am),
• Wapakoneta (8:30 am),
• Vermilion (9:00 am),
• Elgin (9:30 am),
• East Noble (10:15 am),
• Findlay (10:45 am),
• River Valley girls (11:15 am),
• Cory Rawson (11:45 am),
• Grove City (1:15 pm),
• River Valley mixed (1:45 pm),
• Mayfield (2:15 pm),
• Riverdale (2:45 pm),
• Crestview (3:15 pm),
• Van Buren (4:00 pm),
• Lebanon (4:30 pm),
• Twinsburg (5:00 pm), and
• Ada High School Varsity Singers at 5:30 pm.

Tickets are available at the door.  Ticket prices are $8 for the day for adults and $ for evening finals or you can buy an all day pass for $13.  K-12 students are $5 for the day tickets and $4 for evening or $7 for an all day pass. 

The Ada Music Boosters encourage the community to come support the AHS music program and students.  It is not too late to volunteer to help with the program.
