The exchange took place during Breakfast with Santa at The Inn on Saturday morning.
Cullen is from Lima; Santa is from the North Pole.
The Sold Out event drew 70 youngsters and family members for a festive buffet, a gift from Santa, and a photo with Jolly Old Saint Nicholas. Santa also listened to the children's wish lists.
