Women place 4th of 19 teams in All-Ohio
DELAWARE — ONU junior Maddy Reed (Piketon) tied her own All-Ohio meet record in the pole vault and won the event, while sophomore Taylor Lavey (New Baltimore, Mich./Findlay) broke her own school record in the 100-meter dash to lead the No. 10-ranked Ohio Northern women's outdoor track and field team at the 2018 All-Ohio Championships at Gauthier Track.
The Polar Bears (34-7 overall) finished fourth of 19 teams in the meet.
Reed had the only first place finish in the meet, winning the pole vault for the second straight season and tying her own meet record with a leap of 12' 10.25". Her vault currently ranks second nationally.
