Ada defeated rival Columbus Grove decisively 8-2 in Div. IV softball
district final action at Elida Saturday.
The win sealed the first district title in the history of the Ada softball
program. The second-seeded Lady Bulldogs improved to 17-8 with the win.
Ada will now face Defiance Tinora, which edged Ayersville 6-5 in the Bryan
district finals. The Ada/Tinora Div. IV regional semis take place in
Findlay Wednesday, May 23 at 5 p.m. at the Marathon Diamonds.
