Local students win at county fair
Ada area students who were among Hardin County Fair winners included these three awards:
Top photo—Nathan Mattson, first, pottery
Middle photo—Noah Mattson, second, pottery
Bottom photo—Miguel Jordan, grand champion doe fancy Britannia, then competed in the “final drive” and took best of show overall with his Britannia petite.
Holden Purdy won division champ in market hogs. Sidney Gossard had Reserve Champion Lamb and Caitlyn Stover won Senior Poultry Showmanship.
Dakota Gossman placed second and Slade Gossman placed third in the Junior Intermediate Poultry Showmanship. TJ Griffith was third in his class of Dairy Beef Feeders.
The Ada FFA is headed by Tony Dyer.
