No school Monday, but lots happening in Ada schools
While Ada students have no school on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Day, several events are planned next week. Here are some of those from the Ada school website:
FROM MRS THAXTON: Reminder to 6th-8th graders: bring your money for Pennies for Patients to your Advisory teacher on Tuesday, Jan. 22.
BOOK CLUB: We will meet Tuesday, Jan. 22, during lunch. Selection this month is a book that has been turned in to a movie. Snacks will be provided. See Mrs. Smith with any questions.
ATTENTION ALL SENIORS: Remember that you must complete five hours of community service for graduation. Please consider volunteering at the winter sports and music events. Volunteer hours must be signed off by a supervisor. When you have completed the hours, turn the paper in to Mrs. Veltri.

• 2nd place tie- the teams of Jack, Charles, Joshua and Dakota, Thalia, Grant
