Paul Reuss was an electrician
Paul J. Reuss, 76, died on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at 10:17 a.m. at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
He was born on April 19, 1942, in Elgin, Illinois, to the late Lawrence and Philomena (Rose) Reuss. On July 27, 1968, Paul married Jule Rose Sweeny and she survives in Columbus.
Paul worked for the IBEW Local #32 of Lima as an electrician. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Jenera. Paul was a veteran in the U.S. Navy.
Also surviving are his children: Jennifer A. (Michael D.) Elicson of Sunbury, Steven P. Reuss of Bellevue, Nebr., Monica R. Martin of Columbus and David L. Reuss of Columbus; six grandchildren: Gregory D. Martin, Maxwell Martin, Matthew D. Martin, Nicholas J. Martin, Michael F. Elicson and Caroline E. Elicson; and his siblings: Cecilia Skalak of Columbus, Nebr., Phyllis (Tom) Foland of Omaha, Nebr., Lawrence (Mary) Reuss of Neleigh, Nebr., Mary Jane (Rodney) Vyff of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and John (Diane) Reuss of Weeping Water, Nebr.
It was Paul’s wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, P.O. Box 38, Ada, Ohio 45810 for the benevolence of the family.
