Ada Schools seeks a qualified candidate for the Building, Grounds, and Maintenance Supervisor position.  Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or higher
• Strong Organizational planning and Management skills
• Skill/experience in preventive maintenance and repair procedures (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, etc)
• School or closely related maintenance experience
• Valid Driver’s License. Hold or must  obtain a CDL Class B with a school bus endorsement
• Manages routine bus maintenance
• Skill/Experience in building systems (HVAC, Fire Suppression, Security, etc.)
• Maintains district grounds, landscaping, and athletic fields
• Maintains groundskeeping equipment
• Manages snow removal operations
• Manages compliance with fire, health, and safety/rules regulations
• Holds or is qualified to obtain a pesticide application license
