Mack McCurry was a U.S. Navy veteran
Mack McCurry, age 74, of Ada, passed away on Sunday, April 31, 2024, at his residence.
He was born on November 14, 1949 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late O.V. and Dorothy (Reeves) McCurry. Mack married Virginia A. Brim and she survives in Ada.
Also surviving is his son, Robert McCurry; daughter, Mary McCurry; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Amanda McCurry; and three brothers: David McCurry, Robert McCurry and Larry McCurry.
Mack was a truck driver. He was a U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam War from December 4, 1969 to November 23, 1973.
Private family services will be held with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada with graveside military services conducted by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard and the Ada VFW Post #9381 Honor Guard.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
