Charmaine M. Spradlin, age 74, of Ada, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026 surrounded by family.

She was born to the late Eugene and Rita (Cote) Shannon on July 15, 1952, in Fort Belvoir, VA. On May 18, 1975, Charmaine married Richard Spradlin, who preceded her in death on April 24, 2008. Also preceding her in death is her daughter, Rebecca Spradlin.

Charmaine is survived by her four children: Jacob (Amanda) Spradlin of East Liberty, Rachel Spradlin of Bellefontaine, Kristin Spradlin of Ada and Jessica Spradlin of Bellefontaine; eight grandchildren: Allison (Seth) Shubirg, Kelvin Spradlin, David (Cori) Spradlin, Laura Spradlin, Mikaela Beecham, Dustin Spradlin, II, Richelle Spradlin and Isaiah Spradlin; and two great-grandchildren.

Charmaine retired from Associated Plastics Corporation of Ada.

It was her wish to be cremated. A private family service will be held at a later date.
