LNB participates in home grant program
Liberty National Bank is participating in the Welcome Home Program, which is a grant sponsored by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati.
The program was designed to assist eligible homeowners with down payment or closing costs when purchasing or buying a home.
The program provides up to $5,000 in grant money for eligible homeowners and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Funds will be available starting March 1, and will end when the money is no longer available.
In addition to the grant money, LNB is waiving ½ of the processing fee for approved homeowners that qualify for the grant.
