Registration for Ada diamond sports for ages 5-14 is currently taking place online and closes March 11. Visit www.tinyurl.com/2p967sfu to complete the process.
To register, you will be asked to complete a form for each player and then make payment at the time of registration. Payment will be debit or credit card. All fees are non-refundable.
Registrations will be accepted for the following age groups (age as of June 1, 2022). The grades listed are "suggested"; if the player falls within the age group, they are eligible:
Blended Roots, 246 Cherry St., is seeking 40 vendors for the 2022 Bluffton Arts and Craft Festival, which will take place from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 4. The festival will be located in and around the store including the surrounding grounds on Cherry and Railroad streets.
In addition to art and craft vendors, the festival will include food trucks and live music. Vendors are invited to participate with handmade and upcycled items. Mass quantity, catalog items are not allowed.

The Hardin County Cattle Producers will hold their annual Beef Banquet at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 26 in the Community Building at the fairgrounds. Pre-sale adult tickets are $15 ($20 at the door), youth ages 4-8 are $8.00 ($10 at the door), kids ages 3 and under are free, and 2021 Hardin County Junior Fair Beef Barn Exhibitors are free with a reservation given to any Cattle Producers Director.

Ada's Lost Creek Gator Swim Team will hold in-person sign-up for swimmers age 5-graduating high school seniors from 6:30-8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 25 and Thursday, April 28 at the United Methodist Church, 301 N. Main.

On September 27, 1988, the Swedish pop duo Roxette released their single Listen to Your Heart. The Icon stopped by Jalapenos Mexican Grill, 109 S. Main, for a first-hand view and taste of the village’s 2021 Business of the Year, an award made by the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce.

A public open house to learn more about Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) is scheduled for Friday, March 4 at the Wyandot County Fairgrounds, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Wildlife. The event will take place in the fairground’s dining hall from 6-7:30 p.m., located at 10171 OH 53, Upper Sandusky.
Ada Church of Christ, 316 S.Main St., Is hosting a free clothing giveaway each month on the second Tuesday and 3rd Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Items include newborn to 3X men's and women's clothes. There will also be boots, shoes, purses, coats, hats, gloves and more.
