Parents, teachers, and students know it’s about that time. Ada Schools are scheduled to resume classes for the 2012-2013 school on Thursday, August 16th.

Although we know lots of people talk about the weather, but no one does anything about it, when we see it rained 1.96 inches over a recent two-day period, we'll take it. No questions.
According to Guy Verhoff, local weather observer, here's the weather summary for the first six days of August:

The movie "Ice Age Continental Drift," rated PG starts Friday, Aug. 10, and runs to Thursday, Aug. 16, at the Ada Theatre, according to James Curlis, theatre owner.

Saturday and Sunday Matinee  4 p.m.
Nightly at  7 p.m.

Krysti's Music Studio, South Main Street, Bluffton, is accepting new students for fall classes, which start the week of Aug. 27.

Christopher Beaschler only knows how do accomplish things one way. Whether the
2012 Ada grad is fixing up properties during the summer for Ron Fleming, or if he is
conditioning for his fall debut as a University of Dayton football player, Christopher works hard.

The sign reads: Welcome to the Village of Ada - settled 1853. A sign greets all visitors on the south end of town and the north.
