The business announced, "A heartfelt thank you to the Fire Department, Sheriff’s Department, EMS, and all members of our community for your support. NOV 6 MEDIA RELEASE__Inductees for the 2025 Hardin County Agriculture Hall of Fame have been selected by the Hall of Fame committee. The 2025 inductees will include Bert C. Frederick (posthumously), Gary Flinn, Gary Jackson, Gene McCluer, and Max Montgomery (posthumously).
The awards banquet will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at St. John's Evangelical Church, 211 East Carrol Street, Kenton.
NOV 3 MEDIA RELEASE__The Ohio State University Extension Agronomic Crops team is hosting an online, self-paced course for Certified Crop Advisers to earn CEU credits.
This course is also great for K-12 educators to earn continuing education credits and anyone wanting to expand their knowledge of agronomics. The course is designed as a series of seven videos, each with a five-question quiz.
You can earn up to 5.0 CEU credits (CCAs) or 0.50 CEU credits (K-12 education educators) upon completing all seven modules and quizzes with a passing score.

"Beyond Nature's Realm: Eco Explorations" will be exhibited Nov. 3 - Jan. 23, 2026 and an opening reception will be held at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 9.
